I understand that things happen and schedules change. I kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, as well as no-shows, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling, with the 50% fee applying if the appointment cannot be accommodated.
